BLUFFTON, S.C. – December 6, 2025 – It was a wet and chilly Saturday morning in Old Town, but the spirit of the season was alive and well as Curry Family Brands rolled through the 54th Annual Bluffton Christmas Parade this past weekend.
Despite the cold rain, the Curry Family Brands team – comprising of floats from CurryCrete, Lowcountry Paver, and Curry Disposal – stayed on track, literally. The company unveiled a fleet of custom train-themed floats that chugged through Downtown Bluffton, delighting the resilient crowds that lined the route.
“We weren’t going to let a little rain derail the fun,” said Steven Vega, from Curry Family Brands. “We built these floats to celebrate the momentum of our companies and our community. Seeing so many families standing out in the rain to wave back at us was incredible. It really shows what Bluffton is all about.”
The “CFB Express” floats highlighted the diverse services of the family-owned group:
- CurryCrete led with a heavy-duty train engine look, showcasing the strength and reliability of their concrete services.
- Lowcountry Paver brought the style, featuring a passenger train theme complete with fire pit and outdoor seating, highlighting the hardscape aesthetics that have paved outdoor lifestyles across the Southeast.
- Curry Disposal brought the gifts with a dumpster full of presents for the kids, rounding out the train with a nod to their waste management services.
While the weather was less than frightful, the community support was delightful. Curry Family Brands extends a heartfelt “Thank You” to the Town of Bluffton organizers and every spectator who braved the elements to make the 2025 parade a memorable one.
